Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Apprentice / HR Executive to support our Human Resources department in day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR processes, excellent MS Excel skills, and an interest in HRMS, employee data management, attendance, and MIS reporting. This role offers an excellent prospect to build a career in HR Operations within a manufacturing environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations
- Maintain and update employee records with complete accuracy.
- Support employee onboarding, documentation, and exit formalities.
- Assist in maintaining employee files and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

MIS & Data Management
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR MIS reports.
- Maintain employee databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Generate reports on manpower,



attendance, attrition, leave, and other HR metrics.
- Create dashboards and data summaries using MS Excel.

HRMS Management
- Update employee information in the HRMS.
- Handle employee lifecycle activities such as joining, transfers, confirmations, and exits.
- Assist employees with HRMS-related queries and technical issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates in the HRMS.

Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor daily attendance and biometric records.
- Resolve attendance discrepancies in coordination with department supervisors.
- Process attendance and leave records for payroll.
- Maintain shift schedules and overtime records.

HR Projects & Coordination
- Support HR initiatives, employee engagement activities, and organizational projects.
- Coordinate with various departments for HR-related requirements.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
- Participate in continuous process improve
