Senior Total Rewards Analyst
About the position
As a Senior Rewards Analyst at Showpad, you will be a part of the Total Rewards center of expertise, supporting strategic business units with a global footprint. You will have the opportunity to shape our company's total rewards programs – on both compensation and perks side, to make a significant impact on employee satisfaction, engagement, and retention.. You’ll report directly into our Total Rewards Director who is based in Belgium and support our growing Showpad team.
Key Responsibilities
Compensation:
Perform in-depth analysis of market data and internal pay equity, leading compensation change requests and equity reviews.
Manage the annual compensation planning and merit review process, collaborating with senior leaders.
Lead the submission of data to various salary survey providers and interpret results to provide strategic recommendations.
Assist the Variable Compensation team with calculating monthly, quarterly and annual short term incentive payouts,
based on existing compensation plans of Showpad eligible employees around the globe.
Distribute end of period short term incentive statements.
Program & administer the company's internal variable compensation tools.
Communicate and provide feedback for variable compensation questions.
Distribute variable compensation plan handouts for current hires and changes of roles within Showpad.
Assist with employee education around all Rewards processes.
Provide detailed reports and insights to support board and shareholder meetings.
Benefits
Support the governance of employee benefit plans. Collaborate with brokers, local vendors, and local People Operations teams to manage the annual renewals of our insured employee benefits.
Analyze industry trends and benchmarks to develop meaningful benefits packages in partnership with the Total Rewards Director.
