Monitor and support data flows and file transfer processes.
Good to have experience in windows and Linux system.
Assist in troubleshooting file transfer failures, connectivity issues, and workflow errors.
Support daily MFT operations and ensure successful movement of files across systems.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and escalation processes.
Work closely with senior engineers to resolve production issues and perform root cause analysis.
Participate in system health monitoring and operational support activities.
Maintain documentation for processes, incidents, and operational procedures.
Learn and contribute to automation initiatives for operational efficiency.
