About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Java Developer (PDE II) to join our
Interview Intelligence product engineering team.



You'll build the backend systems
that capture, process, and analyze interviews at scale — powering AI-driven, real-time
insights that help companies hire better. You'll work on high-throughput, event-driven
services and real-time AI workflow pipelines, and play a key role in designing and
building scalable backend systems, microservices, and APIs across our product ecosystem.
This role is ideal for engineers who are strong at system design, excited by agentic and
AI-driven workflows, work fluently in an AI-augmented development environment, and thrive
in a fast-paced, high-growth product environment where they can take ownership, innovate,
and solve complex engineering challenges.
