Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills

* Strong expertise in Azure Integration Services, including:
* Logic Apps (Consumption & Standard)
* Azure API Management
* Azure Functions
* Service Bus, Event Grid, Event Hubs

* Solid understanding of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, security patterns (OAuth,
Managed Identity).
* Experience with integration patterns (sync, async, event-driven, batch).
* Exposure to DevOps practices for Azure (CI/CD, IaC).
* Experience in enterprise system integrations (ERP, CRM, legacy systems).
* Migration experience from BizTalk, MuleSoft, Tibco, or similar platforms is a
solid plus.

Non-Technical Skills

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.




* Ability to work with customers, sales teams, and leadership.
* Leadership and mentoring mindset.
* Experience in pre-sales and customer-facing roles.
* Structured, solution-oriented thinking.

Nice to Have

* Azure certifications (AZ‑204, AZ‑305, or Integration-related certifications).
* Experience in fixed-bid projects and effort estimation.
* Exposure to AI-enabled integrations or Copilot scenarios.
* Prior experience contributing to practice building or COE initiatives.
