Job Description:
Looking for Consultants, Senior consultants for Supply Chain & Operations team
in Business Consulting service line for EY Global delivery services. The
employee is expected to work on Machine Learning and Optimization models related
to Supply Chain.
Desired profile and skills:
* Bachelor/Master’s degree in engineering from Tier-1 institutes with 4-8 years
of analytics experience developing ML and Optimization models
* Experience in designing, building, and delivering bespoke solutions across
the value chain – Demand Forecasting, Clustering, Inventory and Logistics
Optimization
* Functional knowledge of Supply Chain Functions such as Planning, Inventory
Management, Procurement, Manufacturing and Logistics is essential
* Understanding of supply chain business metrics, key drivers, experience in
deriving insights and foresights,
converting data to decisions
* Experience in communicating inferences and insights through effective use of
visualization tools to stakeholders
* Entrepreneurial mindset, design thinking, a passion for problem solving and
innovative use of modelling methodologies.
* Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for client and management is an
essential part of the role
* Experience in a consulting firm and global exposure is desirable
* Effective communication skills and experience in customer facing role is
required
* Experience In – Python/R, SQL, Visualization - Power BI/Tableau
* Experience in building easy user interface is good to have, either Python
based or Java Based
* Experience in working with big data
* Ability to work independently, self-motivated and highly focused individual
would be a best fit for this role
