The Design Theory is looking for an experienced Project Manager – Execution to lead end-to-end execution of residential and commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate will oversee site execution, project planning, vendor and contractor coordination, quality control, budgeting, and timely project delivery while ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end interior project execution from site mobilization to handover.
Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and clients.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, and site progress.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, BOQs, and safety standards.
Resolve site issues and ensure on-time project completion.
Requirements
4–7 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction project execution.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
Solid experience in site execution, project management, vendor management, and client coordination.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office is preferred.
