Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Process Management:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, focusing on sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates in roles with domestic clients.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and find the best-fit candidates.

Working with Implementation Partners:
- Focus on implementation partner requisitions, specifically with large organizations like Wipro , HCL , TCS , Deloitte , etc.
- Identify and recruit candidates for a variety of IT roles, including development, support, infrastructure, and consulting.

Sourcing & Screening:
- Use various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks to source potential candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet both the technical and cultural requirements of the client.

Candidate Relationship Management:
- Build robust relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.




- Provide timely feedback to candidates and keep them engaged through the interview and offer stages.

Client Collaboration:
- Liaise with clients and understand their recruitment needs, ensuring alignment with candidate profiles.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the status of recruitment processes and ensure timelines are met.

Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Generate recruitment reports as required, ensuring transparency and communication between the team and clients.

Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in domestic IT recruitment , with proven expertise in sourcing and placing IT professionals.
- Experience in handling implementation partner requirements, particularly with Wipro , HCL , TCS , Deloitte , or other leading IT companies.

Technical Recruiting Knowledge:
- Knowledge of IT job rol
