Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter with C2H experience to join our team in Bangalore/Noida. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in sourcing and recruiting technical talent, with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify candidates through various recruiting channels including social media, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates' skills and fit for technical roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including scheduling interviews, providing feedback, and maintaining candidate communication.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future technical openings.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve the hiring process.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2-7 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably with C2H (Contract-to-Hire) experience.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and the technology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage candidate expectations.
