About the Role

We are seeking a HR Executive to independently manage end-to-end recruitment for education and sales-related positions. The ideal candidate is proactive, target-oriented, highly organized,



and comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and candidate closure.
- Recruit for roles such as:
- Teachers
- STEM Trainers
- Sales Professionals
- Source quality candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Track candidate progress and maintain recruitment databases and hiring trackers.
- Ensure timely closures while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

HR Generalist Support
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR data accurately.
- Support communication and coordination with newly hired employees.
