About the department:
- The AUM Reporting & Analytics department enables Franklin Templeton’s growth by delivering accurate, scalable Assets Under Management (AUM) reporting across the firm. The team calculates, validates, and analyzes firm-wide AUM and fund flows, supporting stakeholders across investments, sales, compliance, and leadership. You will work in a cooperative, data-driven environment that values precision,



accountability, and continuous improvement.

How will you add value?

Core Responsibilities:
- You will review and report daily Assets Under Management and firm-wide flows.
- You will validate asset data for all managed investment accounts.
- You will maintain the portfolio management accounting (PMA) database.
- You will analyze data for risk, trends, and management insights.

Client & Business Support:
- You will partner with internal teams to meet reporting needs.
- You will deliver accurate reports supporting sales, advisory, and compliance teams.
- You will respond quickly to data requests and business inquiries.

Quality, Projects & Improvement:
- You will monitor data integrity across systems.
