ServiceChannel is seeking an experienced Sr. Director, Sales to lead our India Delivery Center (IDC) commercial organization in Bangalore. This leadership role is responsible for building, scaling, and optimizing a high-performing revenue organization that supports ServiceChannel’s global growth strategy. Initially, the role will lead a team of Relationship Managers responsible for customer retention, expansion, and commercial execution across our SMB and Small Commercial customer segments. Over time, the organization is expected to expand to include Sales Operations, Business Development Representatives (BDRs), Solution Consultants,



and additional revenue-generating functions supporting both existing customer growth and new customer acquisition.

This role will report directly to the Chief Sales Officer and will partner closely with U.S.-based Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Executive Leadership teams to build scalable processes, drive operational excellence, and create organizational capacity to support future growth. The successful candidate will serve as the senior commercial leader in the IDC, responsible for talent development, performance management, forecasting accuracy, and execution of ServiceChannel’s global commercial strategy.
