Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the sales enablement technology roadmap, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities and sales objectives.
- Evaluate, recommend, and oversee onboarding of sales enablement tools and platforms to improve sales team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Deliver training, guidance, and enablement resources to sales teams to maximize adoption and value of sales tools.
- Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics to measure the impact and effectiveness of sales enablement technologies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (CRM, ERP, IT, Marketing, Operations) to integrate sales tools seamlessly into core business systems.
