Position Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that requirements are clearly captured, documented, and delivered to expectations.



You will collaborate closely with a diverse set of stakeholders, including, business owners, product team, technical team to deeply understand business needs, map existing workflows, and identify opportunities for improvement. Your ability to navigate complex, cross-functional environments and translate business intent into actionable requirements will be critical in bridging the gap between business vision and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Convert high-level EPICs into detailed, actionable user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate story writing sessions and sprint planning by asking insightful questions to bring clarity around complex requirements.
- Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are well understood and implementation aligns with business
