We are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Manager to lead regulatory compliance initiatives and strengthen governance across the organization. This role is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in RBI Compliance, RBI Inspections, and Regulatory Compliance, particularly within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that business operations comply with applicable regulatory frameworks while fostering a solid culture of compliance and risk awareness.
As a Senior Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for interpreting regulatory requirements, implementing compliance frameworks, managing regulatory inspections, and providing strategic guidance to business and leadership teams. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to assess compliance risks, establish effective controls, monitor regulatory developments,



and ensure timely implementation of regulatory changes. This position requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to balance regulatory obligations with business objectives in a dynamic environment.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the organization's regulatory compliance function, ensuring adherence to RBI regulations, circulars, and applicable statutory requirements.
- Manage and coordinate RBI inspections, audits, regulatory reviews, and compliance assessments while ensuring timely closure of observations.
- Develop, implement, and continuously enhance compliance policies, frameworks, standard operating procedures, and internal controls.
- Monitor changes in regulatory guidelines and evaluate their impact on business operations, recommending appropriate implementation strategies.
- Conduct periodic compliance reviews, risk assessments, and internal audits
