Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Recruiter with strong experience in niche profile hiring, headhunting, and recruitment strategy planning. The ideal candidate must have expertise in identifying hard-to-find talent, mapping competitors, and executing strategic hiring plans.

Key Responsibilities

? Niche & Specialized Hiring
- Work on mid-level to senior-level and niche profiles.
- Source rare skill sets using advanced Boolean search techniques.
- Identify passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, X-ray search, and other sourcing channels.
- Maintain a solid talent pipeline for specialized roles.





? Headhunting & Talent Mapping
- Conduct competitor mapping and talent research.
- Approach passive candidates with personalized outreach strategies.
- Build strong professional relationships with high-quality candidates.
- Maintain confidentiality during executive search assignments.

? Recruitment Strategy
- Develop hiring strategies based on client requirements.
- Create sourcing plans and market mapping reports.
- Advise clients on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability.
- Improve submission-to-closure ratios through strategic screening.

? End-to-End Recruitment
- Understand detailed job requirements from clients.
- Screen and assess candidate fit (technical + cultural).
- Coordinate interviews and follow up for feedback.
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure smooth onboarding.

? Client Coordination
- Act as a strategic hiring partner to clients.
