About your team

Workforce Planning are responsible for overseeing all aspects of long-term and short-term capacity planning, as well as managing the Active Ops tool and service delivery. We collaborate closely with finance and HR to ensure effective headcount planning and are also responsible for establishing and upholding performance metrics across FIL Platforms. Our primary goal is to drive organisational efficiency and performance across FIL.





A key remit of the team is to embed and continuously strengthen the adoption of Active Ops methodology across the organization. This includes facilitating Active ops sessions, driving deeper understanding of Active Ops methodology and supporting team in interpreting AO dashboards & insights.

About your role

As part of the Workforce Planning team, you will be responsible for owning and delivering the Workforce Optimisation capability set and embedding ActiveOps methodologies & best practices. The incumbent will act as a change agent and coach, enabling teams to leverage ActiveOps frameworks, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement principles to optimize workforce performance and service delivery.
