Role Summary
The Group Lead – Human Resources (B11) will serve as a strategic HR leader for the Kraft Heinz Bangalore GCC,



responsible for shaping and executing the people agenda that supports organizational growth and business success. This role will partner closely with GCC and global leaders, providing strategic guidance across talent management, workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, employee experience, and culture transformation.
The incumbent will lead a team of HR professionals across key HR verticals, ensuring best-in-class HR practices while fostering a high-performance, inclusive, and employee-centric workplace. This role requires solid business acumen, leadership capability, and the ability to influence stakeholders across a global matrix organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business and functional leaders on people strategy and organizational effectiveness.
- Drive workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and capability-building initiatives.
- Align HR priorities with business objectives and Kraft Heinz's global people
