About the Role:
JioStar is looking for a strategic and consumer-first social media leader to shape the brand's presence across platforms and drive audience growth, engagement, and cultural relevance. This role will lead end-to-end social strategy, integrated content campaigns, community building, and performance marketing for marquee entertainment and sports properties. Working cross-functionally with content, marketing, partnerships, creators, and analytics teams, you'll leverage insights, storytelling, and innovation to build impactful campaigns that strengthen brand affinity and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Brand Leadership:
- Own the end-to-end social media strategy across all key platforms, including Meta, X, YouTube, and emerging social channels.
- Develop and execute brand-building initiatives that strengthen awareness, engagement, and audience affinity.
- Create and drive comprehensive brand positioning campaigns that effectively communicate the platform's content value proposition.
- Monitor industry trends, consumer behaviour,



and competitive activity to inform strategic decisions and maintain category leadership.

Content Marketing & Campaign Excellence:
- Lead the planning and execution of integrated social media campaigns for monthly key title launches and tentpole content.
- Collaborate with global content and marketing teams to localize international campaigns for Indian audiences.
- Develop compelling content narratives and storytelling frameworks that drive anticipation, viewership, engagement and word of mouth.
- Ensure content calendars are aligned with business priorities, audience interests, and cultural moments.

Community Building & Engagement:
- Design and implement community engagement strategies that foster meaningful connections with audiences and content fans.
- Leverage cultural conversations, trends, and real-time opportunities to enhance brand relevance and engagement.
