Job summary

We are seeking a Product Designer contractor to support the design and delivery of user-centered experiences across DigiCert products and platforms. In this role, you will contribute to designing features, workflows, and interfaces that help customers accomplish their goals efficiently and confidently.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners while contributing across multiple stages of the product design process, including discovery, interaction design, prototyping, and design systems work.

What you will do
- Contribute to the design of user experiences features, from early concepts through implementation
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to translate requirements into intuitive design solutions
- Assist in user research efforts, including gathering insights and helping synthesize findings
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design ideas
- Apply user-centered design principles to improve usability and clarity of complex workflows
- Support the evolution and adoption of design systems and patterns
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs accordingly
- Use data and feedback to refine and improve user experiences
