Duties Day to Day: Mentioned below

• SPOC for RMG calls along with Staffing Manager
• Track current demand till fulfillment (end to end, irrespective of whether internal or in external queue)

• Ensure fulfillment for the Accounts and BU by working with options within the available pool – roll offs/ proactive hiring
• Keep a close tab on ramp-ups and ramp-downs and facilitate associate movement within the BU/ account where there are requirements/ needs across location
• Work closely with central recruitment team and enable them to create resource pipeline for any ad hoc or planned ramp ups in accounts as per the forecast
• Effective bench management, control of bench cost
• Work with other functions – L&D; on training needs for bench associates/ as per demand trend or forecast.
• Effective reporting – data analysis i.e. reporting around all demands, status in terms of fulfilment
• Manage bench numbers and their deployment Infrastructure alignment/issues for people on bench
