Job Summary
- This role will lead hiring for the Technology business unit and will be responsible to deliver a hiring volume.
- Associate Director - TA will work closely with the business and HR teams to provide strategic and operational support to lead and execute against talent acquisition needs and deliver world class candidate and employee experience to JioStar’s talent.
- This includes translating business needs into executable staffing plans for medium to high complexity business roles by owning and executing end-to-end staffing and recruiting planning to onboarding of talent our business needs to be successful; as well as delivering world-class candidate and employee experiences.
