You are responsible for
As Compliance Counsel for the Indian Sub-continent Zone (ISC), you will be responsible for developing and deploying the Zone compliance program and advising the business on legal compliance matters across ISC. You will conduct and coordinate investigations reported through SpeakUp and other reporting channels. You will also help strengthen Philips’ global Market compliance program by sharing insights and best practices from ISC.

Your key areas of responsibility include:

Compliance program development and implementation
- Support the Head of Legal and the ISC leadership team in developing the annual Zone compliance program based on local and global priorities.




- Drive and coordinate the implementation of initiatives included in the annual Zone compliance program, including the ISC Compliance Program 2.0 and India compliance enhancement work. Monitor execution through the ISC Compliance Committee, track agreed remediation actions and maintain appropriate evidence and documentation.
- Translate identified risks, audit findings and lessons learned into sustainable controls, action plans, monitoring activities and evidence-based reporting.
- Monitor General Business Principles (GBP) and legal compliance controls, identify deficiencies and follow up on remediation actions.
- Conduct periodic compliance risk assessments and use the outcomes to shape training, communications, monitoring and risk-mitigation measures.
- Develop and deliver practical, risk-based compliance training and communications for employees, leaders and relevant third parties.
