Job Description

As an Associate Director within the Construction Advisory (Claims & Disputes) practice, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex, high-value dispute engagements across global projects. You will combine forensic delay and quantum expertise, contractual insight, and client advisory skills to support clients through contentious scenarios,



including arbitration and litigation.
You will play a key role in driving engagement delivery, managing client relationships, and developing team capability, while working closely with international stakeholders across EMEA & APAC. The role requires strong leadership, technical credibility, and the ability to translate complex project issues into clear, defensible positions.
Job Responsibilities
Engagement Delivery & Technical Leadership
- Lead the execution of construction claims and dispute assignments from initiation through to conclusion
- Direct the preparation and review of EOT, disruption, prolongation, and quantum claims
- Oversee and validate forensic delay analyses using industry-recognised methodologies
- Ensure deliverables are robust, evidence-based, and suitable for formal dispute resolution forums
