DESCRIPTION:
As a Marketing Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you'll develop impactful marketing initiatives to enable our mission of making the world healthier, cleaner and safer. In this role, you'll develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns across multiple channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.



You'll apply data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and deliver measurable results that drive revenue growth and customer engagement. The role offers opportunities to work with advanced marketing technologies while contributing to meaningful scientific advancement through effective marketing communications.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing & Market Development
- Develop and execute marketing plans aligned with business objectives
- Identify growth opportunities across key segments (Biopharma, Academia & Research)
- Marketing Strategy Planning and Execution: Developing and implementing effective Go-to-Market strategies for new product portfolio and enhancing on-market products by penetrating various market segments, expanding the reach of our technologies.
- Competitive Landscape analysis: Optimizing product positioning based on field feedback and market dynamics
