We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Senior Manager – Digital Marketing to lead and scale our performance marketing initiatives. The role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and marketing efficiency across key digital channels, with a strong focus on Google and Meta platforms.
The ideal candidate should have deep hands-on expertise in performance marketing, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to improve campaign performance and marketing effectiveness. Experience with additional acquisition channels such as DV360, Affiliates, or Partnerships will be considered a strong advantage.
Skills & Qualification
- 5–8 years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Growth Marketing.
- Strong hands-on expertise in managing and scaling campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, lead generation,



and revenue growth through performance marketing channels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign measurement, attribution, reporting, experimentation, and optimization.
- Experience working with web analytics and marketing measurement tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, AppsFlyer, or similar platforms.
- Robust interest and practical understanding of AI-powered marketing, automation, and workflow optimization.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar platforms for campaign planning, audience analysis, reporting, creative ideation, and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with AI Agents, workflow automation tools, and no-code platforms such as N8N, Make, Zapier, or similar solutions to streamline marketing operations and improve efficiency.
