Role Overview
The Revenue Operations Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the Growth and Revenue Operations function by delivering accurate reporting, actionable insights, and operational support across sales performance, planning, and compensation activities. Reporting to the Global Revenue Operations Manager, this role is responsible for monitoring and communicating performance against key business KPIs, developing data-driven reporting solutions, supporting sales compensation administration, and assisting with annual planning and forecasting initiatives.




This position is ideal for a highly analytical skilled who enjoys working with data, identifying trends, solving business problems, and partnering with senior stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.

How you will make a difference:

Sales Performance Reporting & Analysis
- Produce and maintain weekly sales performance reports, providing visibility into results against key revenue and growth KPIs.
- Monitor performance trends, identify risks and opportunities, and communicate insights to Revenue Operations and senior leadership teams.
- Ensure reporting accuracy, data integrity, and consistency across all performance dashboards and reports.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting activities.

Reporting & Business Intelligence
- Utilise Excel and Salesforce to analyse complex datasets and respond to business requests from senior leaders and functional stakeholders.
