Job Purpose
- To be responsible for the overall management of the Bank’s business & operations in the cluster (including branch level) in accordance specified guidelines, so as to ensure best of class client experience within acceptable level of risks.

To be the P&L; owner for assets and liabilities in the respective cluster
Key Accountabilities
- Responsibility for Cluster P&L;, Serve as a pivotal member of the leadership team in formulating Bank goals & strategy (short term and long term) and translation of the same to business plan at a cluster and branch level




- Develop and implement strategies and plans consistent with established goals in each product line and service in the cluster & ensure achievement of branch and cluster level Business Targets.
- Collaborate with Product Teams, Operations Teams, Regional delivery teams, branches in developing operational plans for the cluster based on the overall targets and budgets for the region.
- Regularly conducts detailed reviews of the Bank’s operations and takes appropriate decisions for reallocating resources and re-deciding priorities.
- Recommend plan for setting up of current branches and ATMs in the region as per requirements
