Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors – SmartRecruiters Functional Consultant

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and certified SmartRecruiters Functional Consultant with solid expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting to support enterprise recruiting transformation initiatives. The role requires hands-on experience in delivering at least one end-to-end SmartRecruiters implementation, including integration with SAP SuccessFactors or other HR platforms.

The consultant will play a key role in driving recruiting process transformation, enabling AI-driven talent acquisition capabilities, and supporting global delivery programs in an offshore model.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead functional consulting activities across SmartRecruiters implementations, including:
- Requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops
- Solution design and system configuration




- Functional documentation and process mapping
- Manage and configure core recruiting processes, including:
- Requisition creation and approval workflows
- Candidate lifecycle management (screening, interview, offer, hire)
- Hiring Manager and recruiter experience enhancements
- Drive integration design and execution between SmartRecruiters and downstream systems such as:
- SAP SuccessFactors (RCM, EC, Onboarding)
- Other HRIS / ATS / third-party platforms
- Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) and ensure quality delivery through defect resolution and validation
- Lead deployment, go-live, and hypercare activities, ensuring smooth transition to support
- Provide post go-live support, enhancements, and process optimization recommendations
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across business, HR, and IT teams
