What You Will Do:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for lateral and/or campus hiring.
- Understand business hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, networking, and vendor partnerships.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR evaluations.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback closure.
- Drive offer discussions, salary negotiations, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
- Provide regular hiring updates, pipeline reports, and market insights.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.
- Manage recruitment agencies/vendors and monitor delivery quality.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and documentation standards.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports.




- Ensure seamless communication and positive candidate engagement throughout the hiring process.
- Drive post-offer engagement initiatives to improve joining ratios.
- Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns

What You Will Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and hiring strategies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience in sourcing through LinkedIn, job portals, and social platforms.
- Robust negotiation and coordination abilities.
- 8-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

What Would Be Nice To Have:
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Experience in BFSI hiring, or volume hiring is an added advantage.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
