AI Learning & Enablement Director | TPIL Learning & Enablement

Salesforce is looking for a seasoned people leader to serve as AI Learning & Enablement Director within the TPIL Learning & Enablement team.



This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for setting the strategic direction of AI adoption, enablement, and learning across Salesforce's engineering organization — and building the team and programs that bring that strategy to life.

You'll lead a team of Learning Program Managers and work cross-functionally to ensure Salesforce's technical workforce is equipped to navigate and embrace AI-powered ways of working. You'll be as comfortable in an executive steering conversation as you are reviewing a learning curriculum — and you'll know how to translate organizational priorities into learning programs that stick.
