About the Opportunity

Our team builds scalable, secure, and user-centric ServiceNow applications—driving efficiency across IT, HR, Security, and Customer Service domains for Fortune 500 clients and mid-market innovators.

Role & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy custom ServiceNow applications and workflows using ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and Scripted Business Rules.
- Configure and manage ServiceNow modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and CMDB to align with client SLAs and operational governance.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions, ensuring usability, scalability, and performance.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools (e.g., Splunk, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Okta) via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server.
- Perform system upgrades,



patching, and troubleshooting; conduct performance tuning and maintain platform security best practices.
- Document technical designs, maintain code repositories, and mentor junior developers on ServiceNow development standards.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
- ServiceNow Platform
- ServiceNow Studio
- ServiceNow Flow Designer
- ServiceNow Scripting (GlideRecord, Business Rules, Client Scripts)
- REST API Integration
- ServiceNow CMDB
- ServiceNow ITSM Modules
- ServiceNow Admin Certification

Preferred
- ServiceNow Application Development Certification
- Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) or CSM
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
