What We're Looking For:
This role is responsible for the leadership, design, implementation, and ongoing support of Zebra's Customer Master Data Management (CMDM) ecosystem and its connected Salesforce (SFDC) platform.



The ideal candidate will serve as a subject matter expert across the CMDM agile delivery track, Salesforce development and implementation, and the integration landscape connecting SFDC with Oracle Commerce Cloud, Siebel, Oracle ERP Cloud, and Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), and will drive the adoption of AI-based solutions to modernize and automate customer master data processes.Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the CMDM agile delivery track, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, prioritization, and coordination across business and technical teams.
- Provide expert guidance on Salesforce (SFDC) development, configuration, and implementation, ensuring solutions align with CMDM strategy and enterprise architecture standards.
- Apply deep knowledge of SFDC technologies (Apex, Lightning, Flows, APIs, and the Salesforce data model) to design scalable and maintainable customer data solutions.
- Analyze, design, and implement robust integrations between Salesforce
