Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Identification and on boarding of spare part centres, facilitating the legality process and ensuring stand ardization of systems and processes.
- Strategizing the distribution of Spare Parts across different regions.Shortlisting of identified 3S (Sales, Spares and Service) dealers.Developing/Preparation of schemes to convey to Farm Machinery management for final roll out at PAN level.
- To ensure availability of proper Channel or placing resources across different to cater the seasonal requirements.
- Hand holding, monitoring and Capability Development of critical dealers.
- Scrutinize dealers financial health and financial planning for the entire year.Ensuring Service readiness for New Product Launch, Designing for recent territory/new product.
- Interpreting, analysing and sharing the ORC (Open, Resolve and Close) data with other functions for improvement.
- To ensure profitability via different schemes.Team Development - Competency building through training and assigning critical projects.To ensure CSI target is achieved
