What would you do? • The Total Rewards Associate supports the delivery of compensation and advantages services for client accounts across multiple industries. The role involves assisting with compensation operations, benefits administration,



reporting, and employee support activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely service delivery.
What are we looking for? Education Equivalent
Any Graduate

Experience
• At least 1-3 years of role specific experience
• Employee Workforce administration experience is a plus
• SuccessFactors/Oracle Experience a plus
• Strong MS Office and Excel skills
