onboarding, training, and performance evaluations. The goal is to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce. Responsibilities also include developing HR policies, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role is essential for building a solid and effective team.
Assess current and future talent needs, identify mission-critical workforces, understand key workforce skills and competencies, and address talent gaps.

Manage and govern project/program management activities across portfolios.
Track project deliverables, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
Prepare governance dashboards, status reports, RAID logs, and leadership presentations.
