Accountabilities:





The M&A; Attorney will leverage transactional legal expertise to evaluate AI-generated legal outputs, improve training data quality, and support the development of advanced legal technology solutions.
- Perform simulated M&A; negotiations, contract reviews, and redlining exercises across a range of transaction documents.
- Review and assess AI-generated responses to M&A; legal scenarios, providing detailed feedback to improve accuracy, reasoning, and legal relevance.
- Develop evaluation frameworks, scoring methodologies, and quality standards for assessing AI performance on transactional legal tasks.
- Analyze complex agreements to identify contractual risks, negotiation considerations, drafting improvements, and legal issues.
- Provide subject matter expertise to improve AI systems focused on contract review, transaction analysis, and legal decision support.
