profitability, team, and partnership, and the mandate to grow Aleph's presence in one of our most strategically important markets.
We are looking for an accomplished business leader who combines commercial sharpness with industry credibility and the ability to inspire a high-performing team. You will shape Aleph's market positioning, deepen relationships with the country's most important advertisers and agency partners, and translate global priorities into local results.
What you'll do
Commercial & P&L;
- Primary accountability for country net revenue vs. quota and standalone EBITDA.
- Set and execute territory and account strategy; drive platform diversification across the book of business.
- Manage costs and operational spend in line with EBITDA targets, growth and profitability are equally owned.
