Job Purpose: The Lead - Business Excellence - Quality Circle is responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement through Quality Circle initiatives and Kaizen methodologies. This role oversees the Integrated Management System (IMS) to ensure compliance with quality,
environmental, and safety standards while managing digital portals for effective access to resources. Additionally, the Lead coordinates the implementation of the Advanced Business Excellence Model (ABEM), aligns initiatives with strategic objectives, and engages stakeholders to drive operational effectiveness. By developing training programs and ensuring audit compliance, the Lead empowers teams to enhance quality and achieve organizational success.
Responsibilities
Lean Six Sigma:
• Coordinate & facilitate Lean six sigma projects with DMAIC methodology for Cell, Module, Ingot & wafer manufacturing
• Coordinate & help employees in use & selection of various lean six sigma, statistical & data analysis tools at appropriate phases of project with Minitab Statistical Software
• Lead the six sigma project from start to end in the identified yearly cycle to deliver targeted savings
