Project Role Description:

As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. You will use your expertise to define, interpret, and design resolutions for client issues, ensuring the stability and performance of world-class systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain SailPoint IdentityIQ components following design and coding best practices

Complete technical Production Service Acceptance (PSA) deliverables

-
Create and manage tasks in Azure DevOps (ADO)

-
Participate actively in Scrum ceremonies and refinement meetings, providing accurate estimates and clarifications

-
Identify and raise risks or issues, and contribute to mitigation plans

-
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality support and solutions

Stay updated on security products, IDAM products, and evolving technologies and processes

Must Have Skills:

Expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ

Solid understanding of software/application/cloud technical support

Experience in accurately defining and resolving complex client issues
