Lead – HR Shared Services / HR Operations

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HR Shared Services Lead to join our HR Operations team in Pune. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operational processes, ensuring efficient service delivery, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with deep expertise in HR operations, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to deliver high-quality services in a fast-paced, global environment.

This is an HR Operations/Shared Services role and not an HR Business Partner (HRBP) position.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR Shared Services professionals, fostering a high-performance and team-oriented culture
- Oversee end-to-end HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle, including:
- Onboarding and offboarding
- Employee data management
- Benefits administration
- Leave management
- HR policy interpretation
- Ensure timely and accurate service delivery in line with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational metrics
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for HR operations, providing guidance to stakeholders and team members
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, standardisation, and automation to enhance efficiency and employee experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits) to ensure seamless service delivery
