Description
Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 6 system administrators, driving skill development and performance excellence.
- Allocate work, review deliverables, and provide technical guidance and escalation support.
- Foster a culture of automation, continuous improvement, and operational discipline.

Infrastructure & Systems Management
- Design, implement, and manage Nutanix HCI clusters ensuring performance, scalability, and resilience.
- Administer and support Windows and Linux server environments (physical and virtual).
- Manage core infrastructure services including:
- Active Directory
- DNS & DHCP
- Group Policy
- Ensure high availability, system hardening, patching, and lifecycle management.

Microsoft Cloud & Endpoint Management
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including identity lifecycle, access management, and security controls.
- Manage Microsoft Intune for device management, compliance, policies, and endpoint security.
- Support hybrid identity and integration between on‑prem AD and Entra ID.





Azure Cloud Administration
- Administer and support Microsoft Azure resources including compute, networking, and storage components.
- Manage Azure services such as:
- Azure Blob Storage
- Azure File Storage
- Virtual Machines and subscriptions
- Support cost optimization, monitoring, and governance best practices.

Storage, Backup & Data Protection
- Manage enterprise storage solutions, filesystems, and capacity planning.
- Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions for on‑prem and cloud workloads.
- Ensure data integrity, retention policies, and recovery testing.

Automation & Infrastructure as Code
- Drive automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives using:
- Terraform
- Ansible
- Other scripting and configuration management tools
- Reduce manual operational tasks through automation and standardized deployments.
