Since our foundation in 2020, we’ve so far launched neobanks in Azerbaijan (2021), Vietnam (2023), Kyrgyzstan (2024), India (2025), Uzbekistan (2025) and Morocco (2026), with 3m+ customers collectively and have more markets on the near horizon

Your Role
You are an experienced Finance manager, with proven experience in financial reporting and financial performance analysis
What you will be doing
1. Preparation of monthly financial reporting:




- Compiling detailed reports on the bank’s financial projects
- Collecting and analysing data on revenues, expenses and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with the bank’s internal standards

2. Financial performance analysis:
- Analysing profitability of the bank’s products and business lines
- Identifying trends, growth drivers and areas for optimisation
- Preparing conclusions and recommendations based on data analysis

3. Collaboration with key bank departments:
- Regular communication with marketing, sales, operations and other departments to account for all major costs and revenues
- Ensuring proper data recording and alignment of expenditure plans

4. Presentation of results:
- Presenting reports and analytical materials to the bank’s management
- Preparing informational materials for meetings and strategic sessions
- Providing recommendations to support cost management and product deve
