Where You’ll Make a Difference:
Process Expertise:
- In‑depth knowledge of the end‑to‑end Record‑to‑Report (R2R) process, including general ledger and costing close, intercompany accounting, account reconciliation, FP&A;, and financial reporting.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards, with experience applying them in financial statement preparation.
- Experience supporting transitions, mergers,
and demergers, including managing the related financial accounting implications.
People Management:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of R2R professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide ongoing coaching and mentorship, and build strong team relationships by addressing concerns in a timely and effective manner.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (Finance, Accounting, Operations) to ensure alignment and smooth execution of the R2R process.
- Maintain clear communication with external stakeholders (e.g., auditors, clients), proactively identify and manage R2R‑related risks, and address queries in a timely and effective manner.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Skilled degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA / ACCA / CPA / CMA preferred).
