Position Overview:
The company provides outsourcing services to its clients in India and the Americas. It specializes in accounting, financial statements and tax return preparation. However, it also provides various other KPO and BPO services. The Chartered Accountant will be responsible for the execution of the engagements and also assist in basic reviews in order to achieve service and operational goals.

Responsibilities:
a) Prepare, analyze and review financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
b) Conduct detailed variance analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
c) Assist in the preparation of monthly / quarterly / annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
d) Support the budgeting and forecasting process by providing accurate financial data and insights.
e) Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting policies.
f) Assist in the coordination of financial audits,



including the preparation of audit schedules and responses to auditor inquiries.
g) Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
h) Prepare and review tax returns for various worldwide jurisdictions.
i) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
j) Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
k) Stay updated on changes in accounting standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

Requirements:
a) Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 0-2 years of post-qualification experience.
b) Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial concepts, and reporting requirements.
c) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Quickbooks, SAP, Oracle).
