The Lead – Infrastructure Automation Engineer is responsible for designing, leading, and governing enterprise‑scale infrastructure automation that enables secure, resilient, and standardized operations across Windows, UNIX/Linux, virtualization, and hybrid cloud platforms.
This role exists to reduce operational toil,



eliminate manual lifecycle activities, and accelerate platform delivery through policy‑driven, reusable, and auditable automation aligned to enterprise security and governance standards
The role operates within a central automation enablement model, providing technical leadership across multiple infrastructure domains and collaborating closely with platform engineering, operations, security, and architecture teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently Lead the design strategy, development, planning, coordination and deployment of complex infrastructure automation tools and technologies
- Design and implement industry standard, best practices, automation frameworks, patterns, and reusable modules across platforms and teams.
- Drive adoption of Ansible / AAP / AWX‑based orchestration, integrating with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure‑as‑Code models.
- IT App ownership for one of the platforms and services
