Job Description for Quality Assurance Specialist-Agile with Schneider Electric India

About the role: There are various Business and Digital transformation initiatives within Schneider Digital for delivering required outcomes. This role’s pivotal responsibility would be to lead Agile initiatives, Agile transformation, setting up the Agile TCoE & Quality initiatives across the SD organization, taking up complete end-to-end ownership of Agile related activities,



right from understanding Business pain-points to showcasing the continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Certifications
- Engineering Graduate or Master of Computer Applications (MCA) or Master’s in Business Administration (MBA)
- Certified in one or more Agile certifications viz. – CSM, Protected, AgilePM etc.

About the role:

There are various Business and Digital transformation initiatives within Schneider Digital for delivering required outcomes. This role’s pivotal responsibility would be Agile Specialist lead cross functional programs and teams, often implementing the Agile methodology for the first time, meaning that in addition to coaching they are driving organizational change, business transformation educating the organization at all levels.
