Looking to hire a seasoned risk manager who can support in implementation of the Risk Management framework for State Street India, in accordance with regulatory expectations and ERM policies and guidelines. The candidate will be responsible for the Second Line Risk oversight for State Street India’s Risk landscape.

What you will be responsible for




As an Assistant Vice President in Enterprise Risk Management, you will
- Drive effective risk governance within the State Street, India.
- As part of Enterprise Risk Management Team, primary responsibility will be risk oversight of business functions (First Line of Defense).
- Work with senior business executives to understand and manage enterprise and operational risks and assist in mitigating/reducing the risks
- Provide independent challenge from second line of defense to risk assessment programs performed by First Line of Defense teams
- Identify emerging risk if any by monitoring/observing trends in key risk indicators/incident management
- Lead and drive the execution of risk programs and strategic risk projects
- Drive effective Risk Control Self-Assessment Program and provide second line challenge to mitigate the gaps if any
- Review the quarterly risk reports, risk dashboards and Ind
