Proposal Engine Build & Execution
Stand up and operationalize the U.S. proposal engine, including intake, prioritization, and delivery model. Lead proposal development support for priority deals, including RFP responses and strategic pursuits. Establish standardized templates, workflows, and quality controls to ensure consistent outputs. Drive faster proposal turnaround (e.g., structured first drafts, rapid response capability, asset based)

What you will do
1. Deal Support & Value Storytelling




Partner with Sales and pursuit teams to shape compelling, differentiated proposals. Cultivate the best content and assets to use for customer responses. Ensure alignment of proposals to documented client requirements, and approved solution content. Support deal teams with messaging, content, and solution articulation.

2. Content & Asset Development
Build and manage the centralized proposal content library (e.g., reusable content, case studies, value narratives). Identify content gaps and drive creation of high-value assets in partnership with Marketing and Offerings
Maintain consistency and quality across proposal materials. Gather and leverage best content for proposals.

3. AI & Tool Integration
Leverage AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, proposal automation platforms) to accelerate proposal development. Drive adoption of tools and standard methodologies across sales teams. Continuously improve efficiency, quality, and scalability thr
