Job Description: What an HR Manager do? To us, an HR Manager is the go-to person for all employee-related issues. This means that HR Manager duties will involve managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development and talent management. The job of HR Manager is key to business success. People are our most important asset and you’ll be the one to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives. Responsibilities:
 Provide strategic direction for all HR functions, aligning them with organizational goals and objectives.



Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.
 Act as a trusted advisor for management and employees. Address complex employee relations issues, including grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions, while ensuring fair and consistent treatment.
 Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and selection. Develop innovative strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
 Design and implement performance management systems to drive employee engagement, development, and productivity. Provide guidance to managers on setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and addressing performance issues.
 Identify training needs across the organization and develop comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and adjust as necessary to
